Geoffrey Moore
Managing Director, TCG Advisors
Geoffrey Moore is a co-founder and managing director at TCG Advisors and founder
of The Chasm Group. He is the author of Crossing the Chasm, Inside the Tornado, The Gorilla
Game (with co-authors Tom Kippola and Paul Johnson), Living on the Fault Line, and Dealing With Darwin each of which deals
with a set of management or investor challenges posed by fast-changing, technology-enabled markets. He is a frequent contributor
to business periodicals and a speaker at industry conferences. Geoffrey is a venture partner at Mohr Davidow Ventures, providing
strategy advice and consulting services across MDV's entire portfolio of early-stage investments. He is also on the boards
of Documentum and Gyration. He graduated in American literature with honors from Stanford
University and has a doctorate from the University of Washington in English literature.
Donald R. Uzzi Chairman and CEO, Merisel Inc.
Donald R. Uzzi is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
of Merisel Inc., the parent of ColorEdge Art, ColorEdge Visual, Comp24, Crush Creative and It's in the Works. Mr Uzzi
joined Merisel in November 2004 as President and CEO, and was elected Chairman in April 2005. He has been a Director of Merisel
since November 2004. Prior to joining Merisel, Mr. Uzzi was Senior Vice President of Electronic Data Systems, the global technology
services company. Mr. Uzzi began his career at Procter and Gamble and held positions of increasing responsibility in both
sales and advertising. He later joined Pepsi Cola Company where he was Senior Vice President. Mr. Uzzi then joined Quaker
Oats as President of the Gatorade Division.

Myron E. Ullman, III Chairman and CEO, JC Penney Company
Myron E. (Mike) Ullman is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of J C Penney Company since December 2004. From 1999
until January 2002, he served as Directeur General, Group Managing Director of LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton the world's
largest and leading luxury goods manufacturer and retailer based in Paris, France. From 1995 until 1999 Mr. Ullman served
as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DFS Group Limited, the travel retailer, majority owned by LVMH. Mr. Ullman served
as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of R.H. Macy & Co., Inc. from May 1992 to January 1995. Mr. Ullman serves as a
director of Starbucks Coffee Company, Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation, Segway, LLC and as an advisor to Kendall Jackson Wine
Estates. Mr. Ullman is a director of UCSF Medical Center Executive Board and is Chairman of the Board of Mercy Ships International
- a global medical and human services charity.
Jim Wiggett
President, Jackson Hole Group Jim Wiggett is the founder and President of Jackson Hole Group. Jim's 27-year, multi-dimensional
career in human resource and executive corporate management brings clients of Jackson Hole Group a wealth of strategic and
pragmatic business expertise. Before founding Jackson Hole Group, Jim held a number of prominent senior executive positions.
As Executive Vice President for the Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton (LVMH) Retail Group, Jim provided leadership to each of the
10 operating companies within the Group. In addition to his overall operational responsibilities, Jim provided consulting
support to the individual management teams and coaching to the key executives. He also provided consulting support to the
non-retail organizations of LVMH including the LVMH/DeBeers collaboration, Phillips dePury & Luxembourg, Europatweb and
Groupe Arnault. During his tenure, Jim participated in several mergers and acquisitions, including the acquisition of Duty
Free Shops (DFS) by LVMH. At DFS, Jim was Executive Vice President with functional responsibilities for Human Resources, Administration,
Information Technology, Merchandise Planning, Business Process Planning and Logistics. Before joining the LVMH/DFS organization,
Jim headed the Human Resource function for The Charles Schwab Corporation. During these seven years, Jim was a key executive
in a company experiencing double-digit annual growth in revenues and profits, productivity and employee numbers. Jim was an
integral part of a management team that oversaw an LBO from the Bank of America, the highly successful IPO of the Company,
as well as recovering from the market crash of 1987 and the SF earthquake of 1989. Jim's prior experience included senior
executive positions with the ITEL Corporation, Cambridge Plan International and R.H. Macy Corporation. He has served on a
number of corporate boards, charitable boards (Richmond Ermet Foundation, Under One Roof), and professional associations (Chair
for the California Strategic Human Resource Partnership, Chair for the International Association of Corporate and Professional
Recruiters).
